Each portrait is individually modelled and hand-finished. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for modelling and production, calculated from the date we receive your clear and complete customer photographs. Once your portrait is ready to ship, delivery within Australia takes approximately 12–15 business days.

Yes. Once your portrait has been digitally sculpted from your photographs, you’ll have the opportunity to review the design before we move forward with the final hand-finishing. This ensures the character and expression feel right before your portrait is completed.

Clear, well-lit photographs work best. We recommend images that show your companion’s face, features, coat, and expression clearly, ideally from different angles. You can provide multiple photographs so we can capture the details that make them uniquely yours.
