Creating a REMELLE portrait is a personal experience, and we want you to feel confident at every step. Find answers to the questions we're most often asked about ordering, photographs, the creation process, and your finished portrait.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Each REMELLE portrait is created as a one-of-a-kind piece based on your companion. We combine digital sculpting with carefully hand-finished details to create something personal rather than simply reproducing a photograph.
Clear, well-lit photographs work best. We recommend images that show your companion's face, features, coat, and expression clearly. Multiple photographs from different angles can also help us understand the details that make them unique.
Absolutely. Memorial portraits can be created from photographs of companions who are no longer with us. We carefully work from the images you provide to create a meaningful keepsake that keeps their memory close.
If you'd like to include multiple companions in one portrait, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the best option for your piece.
THE CREATION PROCESS
Once your order and photographs are received, we'll review the images and begin creating your digital sculpt. You'll then have an opportunity to review the design before we move forward with the final hand-finishing.
Yes. You'll be able to review your digital sculpt before the portrait moves into its final hand-finished stage. This gives you an opportunity to make sure the overall character and expression feel right.
Yes. Changes can be discussed during the approval stage before the portrait moves into final hand-finishing. Our goal is to make sure the important details of your companion are captured before the piece is completed.
Yes. Every portrait is created from your companion's photographs and individually finished, so no two REMELLE portraits are exactly alike.
ORDER & DELIVERY
Each portrait is individually modelled and hand-finished. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for modelling and production, calculated from the date we receive your clear and complete customer photographs. Once your portrait is ready to ship, delivery to Australia takes approximately 12–15 business days.
REMELLE currently offers shipping within Australia. We look forward to making our portraits available to customers in additional markets in the future.
Your finished portrait is carefully prepared and packaged to help protect it during transit. We take care with the presentation as well as the portrait itself, because receiving your finished piece should feel just as special as creating it.
